Burleson sits 14 miles south of Fort Worth where I-35W, U.S. 81 and State Highway 174 come together, straddling northern Johnson and southern Tarrant counties. The Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railroad put it on the map in 1881 and the freeway kept it there. For an RV shopper the practical result is that you are close to everything and boxed in by nothing. The metro is up the road and the water is down it.
Camping Fifteen Minutes Further South
Cleburne State Park sits just past us off Park Road 21, built around 116 acre spring fed Cedar Lake. Sites come with water and electricity and some add sewer, and there are roughly 13 miles of hiking and biking trails plus a three tiered CCC spillway. It is close enough to be a first trip rather than a production.
Benbrook Lake On The Fort Worth Side
Head the other direction and the Corps of Engineers runs two campgrounds at Benbrook Lake, along with boat ramps, swimming beaches and equestrian trails. Having water in both directions is the quiet advantage of sitting where Burleson sits.
A Town That Doubled In Twenty Years
Burleson went from about 21,000 people in 2000 to more than 51,000 by 2021. It is full of families who moved in for the schools and are now working out what to do with the weekends, which is usually where the first RV conversation starts.

Tell us how you actually travel. How many people sleep in it, how old the kids are, how many dogs come along and how big they are, what you tow with and how many weekends a year you expect to use it. Bunk room layouts, easy clean flooring, entry door placement and living area size all shift with those answers, and we would rather walk you through three units that fit than fifteen that do not.
Do you deliver to Burleson and Johnson County?
Yes. Burleson straddles northern Johnson and southern Tarrant counties and both are an easy delivery for us, and we deliver nationwide. Some units are also ready to roll and can leave the same day, and we tell you which is which before you commit.
