Camping Starts Thirty Minutes Out
Cleburne State Park sits about 30 minutes southwest of Fort Worth, built around 116 acre spring fed Cedar Lake. Sites come with water and electricity and some add sewer, and there are roughly 13 miles of hiking and biking trails. Close enough that a new floor plan gets its shakedown trip on a Friday night.
Dinosaur Valley And Glen Rose
A short drive southwest, Dinosaur Valley State Park puts dinosaur tracks in the Paluxy riverbed and 20 miles of trails inside a weekend. Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and the Glen Rose town square are right there, which makes it an easy first trip with kids or grandkids.
Lake Mineral Wells For Longer Weekends
About 45 minutes west, Lake Mineral Wells State Park opens onto a 640 acre lake with a boat ramp, rock climbing at Penitentiary Hollow, and a 20 mile trailway running to Weatherford for hikers, bikers and riders. There is a dump station on site.
Towing Out Of A City Of A Million
Fort Worth runs on I-35W and Loop 820, which is a different experience with something behind you. Heading south on U.S. 67 keeps you out of the downtown mixmaster entirely, so the trip down and the trip home both stay simple.

How do we know which floor plan fits our family and our pets?
Tell us how you actually travel now, not how you traveled when you bought the last one. How many people sleep in it, how many dogs come along, what you tow with, how many weekends a year you use it and how far you go. Residential interiors, storage, easy clean flooring and living area size all shift with those answers, and we would rather walk you through three units that fit than fifteen that do not.
Do you deliver to Fort Worth and Tarrant County?
Yes. Fort Worth and Tarrant County are an easy delivery for us, and we deliver nationwide. Some units are also ready to roll and can leave the same day, and we tell you which is which before you commit.
