The 2019 Sandpiper 383RBLOK fifth wheel measures just a bit over 42 ft. in length. It has a dry weight of 13,469 lbs. and a GVWR of 15,500 lbs. It is made of aluminum and fiberglass. It also comes with automatic heating and cooling rated at 35,000 and 15,000 BTUs respectively.
This Sandpiper is equipped with four slides to maximize interior flooring. It also has some of the best features you could find in a fifth wheel including an exterior kitchen, two bathrooms, a bunkhouse, an entertainment center with a fireplace, and a private front bedroom.
The exterior kitchen comes with an outside fridge and microwave as well as a sink and multiple storage cabinets, allowing you to make the most out of your outdoor camping experience.
Inside, you will find one of the bathrooms at the rearmost part of the fifth wheel. This bathroom contains a bathtub with a showerhead, a porcelain toilet, and a sink with storage below and a medicine cabinet up top. It also features a direct outdoor entry. The bunk room located before the rear bathroom is huge and spacious. It includes one slide which houses a glide sofa with a flip-up bunk above and across from it is a large wardrobe with a place for an entertainment center and a comfy loft above it. This room is simply perfect for the kids or some guests.
The main area features two slides. One slide accommodates the kitchen appliances including a three-burner cooktop with oven, a microwave, and a fridge, along with the entertainment center and fireplace. You will also find several storage areas and some counter space in this slide. In the center, there is a lovely kitchen island with a split sink. The other slide on the opposite side accommodates a booth-style dinette and a tri-fold sofa with overhead cabinets. On the sidewall, you will find more counter space and more overhead cabinets.
Upstairs in the front area of the fifth wheel, you will find the master bathroom and the master bedroom. The master bathroom contains a walk-in shower with a seat, a porcelain toilet, a sink, and plenty of storage areas including a shoe box and a medicine cabinet. The master bedroom features a queen bed slide and a dresser with a TV hookup across from it. There is also a large wardrobe with shelves and washer and dryer hookups right by the front wall. The master bedroom is carpeted while the rest of the fifth wheel has linoleum flooring.
